IYSF supports Izzy Tolometti
IYSF are delighted to support local gymnast Izzy Tolometti throughout 2017. Izzy's long-term goal is to represent Scotland at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games 2018.
IYSF's funding has assisted Izzy to attend two National Performance Programme Camps in Largs and Dundee, the Scottish Artistic Gymnastic Championships in Perth and the British Artistic Gymnastics Championships so far this year. These all contribute towards the selection of gymnasts for the 2018 Games.
At the Scottish Championships, Izzy took Gold in the Asymmetrical Bars event.
At the British Championships, Izzy obtained the all-around standard required as part of the selection process. This earned her a top 15 place following the four events in which Izzy participated.
IYSF wish to congratulate Izzy on these excellent achievements and all the best for forthcoming events.
